Using the beta
Terms of Use
Last updated August 8, 2026
These founder-review draft terms govern the invite-only Fiamus beta and have not been reviewed by an attorney.
Eligibility and access
You must use your own invited sign-in identity. Invitation links are personal, email-bound, time-limited, and may not be transferred. Access may be suspended or revoked to protect users or the service.
What Fiamus is—and is not
Fiamus is a shared planning and reflection tool. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or relationship counseling, and it is not an emergency service. You remain responsible for your decisions and conversations.
Your content and conduct
You retain responsibility for content you add and must have the right to upload it. Do not use Fiamus to threaten, surveil, coerce, deceive, or harm another person. Do not upload malware, credentials, illegal content, or highly sensitive records.
Beta availability
The service may change, contain defects, or be interrupted. Features, limits, and data formats may evolve. Fiamus will aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes but does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Privacy, export, and deletion
The Privacy Policy describes data handling. Members may export eligible data and schedule account deletion from Settings. Connected partners retain access to shared household records after a member leaves.
Contact
Questions or account issues may be submitted through Fiamus Support.
